Crosslife Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the website crosslife.id, operated by Crosslife ("we"). We process personal data in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

Data we collect

1. Data you enter in the consultation form

Your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email (optional), website type, hosting/domain status, and your message. Along with this data we also store where your visit came from, such as ad campaign parameters (UTM) and ad click IDs, so we know how you found us.

2. Website visit data

Pages opened, referring site, campaign parameters (UTM), device type, browser, operating system, and approximate location (country, province, city) provided by the Cloudflare network. Our own analytics uses no cookies and does not store your IP address. To tell visitors apart, we use a random code that cannot be turned back into your identity.

3. Third-party advertising cookies

We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms to measure how well our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform and to show relevant ads. The Meta Pixel may set cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) and send information about activity on this website to Meta, for example pages opened, clicks on the WhatsApp button, or form submissions. Meta's processing is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

How we use the data

• To respond to consultation requests and prepare quotes.
• To contact you via WhatsApp, phone, or email about your request.
• To learn which pages and ad campaigns help potential clients find us.
• To improve the content and performance of the website.
• To prevent spam and misuse of the form.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who receives the data

• WhatsApp: the form message is sent through the WhatsApp app on your own device.
• Meta Platforms: through the Meta Pixel, as described above.
• Infrastructure providers: the hosting service and Cloudflare, which run and secure this website.

How long we keep the data

Consultation form data is kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request and carry out our work together, then deleted at your request or once it is no longer needed. Website visit data is kept as statistics to analyse website performance.

Your rights

To limit advertising cookies, you can block third-party cookies in your browser settings or adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram account.
